Technical Specialist - Investments, Fiduciary & Pensions

• Supporting the delivery of risk-based supervision using the Commission's PRISM framework.
• Leading and participating in on-site inspections, thematic reviews and ad hoc supervisory activity.
• Undertaking file reviews, analysing business models and assessing risk exposures.
• Preparing risk memos, reports and updates for internal stakeholders and governance forums.
• Liaising with local and international licensees, industry bodies and other regulators.
• Reviewing applications for licences, approvals, exemptions or rule changes.
• Contributing to the drafting, review and implementation of relevant rules, codes and guidance.
• Providing technical support to colleagues and mentoring less experienced team members.
• Keeping up to date with market, regulatory and legislative developments across sectors.
• Participating in cross-divisional projects and industry consultations as required.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the investment, fiduciary or pensions sectors, or within a regulatory, legal or compliance environment. A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICA, STEP, CISI, ICSA or equivalent) is preferred, alongside a sound understanding of the local and international regulatory landscape. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, as is a collaborative and proactive approach.
