Join a leading provider of private client, corporate, and fund administration services as a Technology Project Manager on a contract basis for 12 months. This role will oversee and manage strategic technology initiatives, including platform integrations and system transformations, while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and business goals.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing technology-driven projects across core administration platforms such as Viewpoint, BankClarity, and Allvue.
- Driving operational change initiatives and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the Group to gather requirements, manage expectations, and support adoption of new systems.
- Monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to ensure successful delivery.
- Leveraging digital tools and analytics to support process optimisation and business efficiency.
- Reporting on project progress and outcomes using management information tools.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within financial services, and a track record of delivering complex technology or digital transformation initiatives. Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools, are essential. A proactive, digital-savvy mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive change effectively will be key to success in this role.
