Join a well-regarded fiduciary and fund administration business in a key role providing first-line IT support and acting as the main point of contact between staff and the external IT provider. You will manage day-to-day technical requests, oversee access and asset management, and play a vital role in maintaining cyber security and operational systems across the organisation.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as first point of contact for IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving queries or escalating where necessary.
- Setting up new users, managing leaver processes, and maintaining accurate user access rights across all systems.
- Managing IT and information asset registers and ensuring regulatory compliance for system access.
- Working with the IT provider and vCISO to monitor cyber security, review vulnerability reports, coordinate patching, and run phishing simulations.
- Coordinating annual training on security and compliance topics.
- Maintaining the IT knowledge base, monitoring operational requests, and managing ancillary operational tasks such as parking rotas and IT-related invoice checks.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, and excellent problem-solving and organisational skills. An aptitude for learning new systems is essential, with knowledge of platforms such as Acumen, FIS Investran, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, or SharePoint being an advantage. This role will suit someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
