Our client is seeking an approachable and customer-focused individual to join their retail team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced sales environment for a well-established telecommunications provider, where delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships is at the heart of what they do. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, worked across Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering a professional and efficient face-to-face retail service to all customers.
- Demonstrating and selling a wide range of mobile and residential services.
- Handling customer queries and providing accurate, honest advice.
- Supporting customers in-store, by phone, and via email with service enquiries and order processing.
- Ensuring customers leave with fully operational products or clear timelines for service activation.
- Maintaining up-to-date product and system knowledge through regular training.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve personal and team sales targets.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participating in seasonal extended hours, including late nights and Sundays during the Christmas period.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and confident in engaging with a diverse customer base. A passion for customer service is essential, along with a genuine interest in technology and an ability to explain products clearly. Previous experience in retail or sales will be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and an ability to handle challenging situations with confidence are key to success in this role.
