Join our clients as an AML Review Team Manager, where you will oversee the AML quality assurance and customer due diligence functions. This role combines leadership, compliance oversight, and process improvement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a team responsible for periodic AML reviews and quality assurance.
- Performing and approving AML reviews across customer segments.
- Ensuring accurate risk profiling and adherence to enhanced due diligence processes.
- Leading training initiatives and maintaining procedures across AML controls.
- Delivering MI, supporting projects, and ensuring regulatory alignment.
- Acting as a liaison across operational teams to embed AML best practices.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of AML regulatory requirements. Experience in quality assurance and leading teams is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365. A relevant professional qualification or willingness to undertake one is also expected.
