Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Providing reception cover on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, including call handling, appointment scheduling, meeting coordination and correspondence support.
Assisting with general office management on Monday andFriday afternoons, including maintaining supplies and facilities, ensuring the workplace is tidy and organised.
Coordinating business card designs and orders.
Managing post distribution and carrying out advocate runs.
Supporting project work and ad hoc office tasks as required.
Assisting departments as needed, including:
Scheduling Local and Open Market appointments.
Drafting Conditions of Sale.
Liaising with advocates for sales-related documentation.
Supporting the Rentals and Property Management teams with administrative duties.
Assisting with HR-related administration tasks.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate a solutions-focused approach to problem solving. A strong work ethic, high level of discretion and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
