This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join a growing private wealth team in the administration of international pension structures. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of pension schemes and delivering high-quality service to clients and advisers alike, within a collaborative and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Administering a portfolio of pension schemes, including QNUPS and RNUPS.
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries and coordinating instructions.
Processing contributions, benefit payments, investment instructions, and transfers.
Preparing calculations, pension statements, trustee minutes, and client reports.
Managing redemptions and income payments in line with client requirements.
Liaising with investment advisers and members regarding fees, instructions, and queries.
Keeping client records and diary systems updated.
Supporting the team with general trust and pension administration duties.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a trust or pension administration role within a fiduciary environment and be working towards (or willing to undertake) a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and proactively are key. Candidates must also demonstrate strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
