Are you an experienced administrator? Our client is looking for a Part-Time Administrator (25-30hrs pw) to support our operations with both general office administration.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Verify timesheets, attendance records.
Handle employee queries related to benefits and deductions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Maintain organised records and filing systems (physical and digital).
Coordinate meetings, book appointments, and manage calendars.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administration, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, along with a good understanding of employment law. The role requires the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.How To Apply
