An brilliant opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing fiduciary team supporting a major institutional client. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining service excellence across a varied and dynamic portfolio.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of company and trust structures on behalf of a key institutional client.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for client and service provider interactions.
  • Preparing and executing minutes, resolutions and authorised documentation.
  • Reviewing financial statements and supporting financial oversight activities.
  • Ensuring client structures remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all filings are completed appropriately.
  • Balancing client expectations with fiduciary risk management and due diligence requirements.
  • Attending and contributing to client and advisor meetings.
  • Acting as an authorised signatory on relevant matters.
  • Identifying areas for operational improvement and supporting process enhancements.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure consistency of service delivery.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a fiduciary or financial services environment, with exposure to complex client structures and institutional clients. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and fiduciary best practice, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. A professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA (or working towards) is desirable. The successful individual will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
