Retail Marketing Manager

• Developing and delivering the annual marketing plan for the Guernsey retail store.
• Planning and coordinating marketing activity across the UK retail store network.
• Supporting new store openings, launch campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinating local advertising across print, digital, social media, PR and community channels.
• Acting as the key marketing contact for retail store managers.
• Translating central marketing plans into practical store-level activity.
• Coordinating campaign assets, promotional materials and in-store marketing requirements.
• Building relationships with media partners, agencies and local community organisations.
• Monitoring campaign performance and analysing sales and marketing data.
• Managing local marketing budgets and expenditure.
• Supporting seasonal campaigns, product launches and wider commercial initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities to improve retail marketing performance and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, ideally within a retail, FMCG, hospitality or multi-site business. They will possess strong commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret sales data and campaign performance to inform future activity. Excellent organisational and project management skills are essential, together with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. Experience across a variety of marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, PR and in-store marketing, is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships and delivering practical marketing solutions that positively impact commercial performance. A willingness to travel regularly to UK retail locations is essential.
