This 5-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across business development, marketing and event management within a busy professional services environment. Supporting a range of client-facing initiatives, you'll play an important role in helping drive commercial growth and brand awareness.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the implementation of business development and marketing plans.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of legal directory submissions.
- Assisting with the organisation and delivery of external events and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinating logistical and operational aspects of events.
- Supporting lawyers with business development trips and follow-up activities.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems and business development data.
- Assisting with pitch preparation and business development opportunities.
- Collaborating with local and global marketing teams on campaigns and communications.
- Supporting market research and industry intelligence gathering.
- Assisting with reporting, presentations and stakeholder communications.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to business development, marketing, events or a similar commercial environment and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. They will be enthusiastic, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively while working to tight deadlines. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, together with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, adaptable and keen to broaden their experience within a professional services setting.
