Relationship Manager

Our client, one of the world's leading financial institutions, is seeking to recruit a Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships for Global Fund Services.
Ensure overall client satisfaction by facilitating efforts of service team, coordinating resources to end-delivery and issue resolution, and effectively communicate client concerns and needs to partners
Develop complete understanding of client’s business objectives, goals and market challenges and develops a relationship plan to reflect this.
Cultivate strong working relationships with client contacts.
Demonstrate the ability to add value by providing solutions and partnering with the client to implement the changes.
Educate the client on emerging issues, products and services, regulatory/tax changes, and the general fund environment and advise the client of the impact on the client’s business and on company services.
Cross sell products and services and participate in development of solutions to meet client needs.
Coordinate presentations, bring in experts, whilst ensuring smooth delivery of new services and communicate emerging needs.
Develop, maintain and review client relationship plans and ensure Service Delivery Descriptions are in place for all clients.
Ensure that all At Risk clients have an action plan in place to manage the relationship out of At Risk status.
Attend client Board meetings where necessary.
Manage debtor profile and facilitates the timely issuance of accurate invoices.
Assign Executive Sponsors or Senior Callers to all clients, provide briefing notes as per Mosaic standards and brief Sponsors / Callers on the relationship quarterly or semi-annually, while ensuring Sponsors / Callers meet with the client at least once a year
Ensure that all relationship documentation are kept within eRM or any other client data depository and are complete, current, timely, articulate and adhere to Mosaic standards and guidelines.
Document profitability analysis and reviews on a quarterly basis.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Service, preference will be given to candidates with experience in Trust or Asset Servicing. Applicants will demonstrate knowledge of Trust or Asset management, along with General Finance and Portfolio Management Concepts coupled with Client Relationships experience. Candidates will have solid IT abilities and excellent written and verbal communication and organisation skills. This successful candidate will display excellent negotiation skills and initiative, This role will suit a probative, motivated and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
