Senior Associate, Fund Administration

In this role you will ensure all the administration tasks for the designated clients are undertaken accurately and efficiently.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring that the service is delivered in accordance with exacting service level agreements.
Monitoring workflows on an ongoing basis.
Preparing and reviewing regulatory and statutory reporting to a number of global regulators.
Co-ordinating investments and divestments through efficient document management and utilisation of client/intermediary relationships.
Maintaining statutory records for each entity within the client group.

Skills / Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years' experience in Fund Administration, possess a sound technical knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework and have excellent presentational and client relationship skills.
