This is a team based role providing various IT related services to existing and new clients.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Responding to support calls, assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues.
Taking an active role in engineering tasks.
Spending a significant proportion of time supporting clients.
Achieving and maintaining relevant qualifications applicable to the role, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 / Azure Certifications.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a technical IT position or helpdesk, with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and software, and exposure to Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and/or Citrix XenApp.
