Join a leading IT services firm as an experienced IT Consultant within the Service Delivery team. This is a senior-level opportunity for a proactive professional who can manage complex technical environments and take ownership of client support and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Resolving time-sensitive and technically demanding support tickets to a high standard.
Acting as an escalation point within the Service Delivery team.
Supporting the planning and execution of IT projects, including system migrations and deployments.
Managing tickets in accordance with agreed SLAs and client urgency.
Coaching junior team members and contributing to skills development.
Ensuring accurate logging and resolution tracking of all service requests.
Maintaining client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and continuous improvements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Skills / Qualifications

This role requires substantial experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, MFA, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL environments. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of networking, firewall technologies (SonicWall, Ubiquiti), and Wi-Fi support.
In addition to technical proficiency, applicants must demonstrate strong business acumen, including the ability to scope, plan and deliver projects independently. Excellent communication skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment are key.
Relevant industry certifications, experience in managed service environments, and familiarity with ticketing systems will be highly valued.
