Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering professional, efficient customer service across face-to-face, phone, and email channels.
  • Providing accurate insurance quotations and processing daily policy adjustments.
  • Handling client documentation in a timely and organised manner, ensuring all records meet audit standards.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the achievement of departmental performance targets.
  • Promoting the company's brand and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements and internal procedures at all times.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver clear and professional service across various channels. Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude towards learning, and confidence working both independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Teams, is required. A willingness to study towards the Certificate in Insurance through the Chartered Insurance Institute is also expected.
