Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day running of new business clients from discovery through to handover.
- Undertake client discovery and application processes, gathering and reviewing required information.
- Review and approve client identification and due diligence documentation.
- Prepare internal documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and DTEs, and obtain new business committee approvals.
- Attend and present to the New Business (Client Risk) Committee when required.
- Establish or take on new entities and structures, including incorporations, appointments, and registry updates.
- Act as a B signatory on client bank accounts and establishment documentation where appropriate.
- Complete stage four handover processes to client administration teams, including checklist sign-off.
- Oversee new business reporting and prepare monthly reporting for Responsible Persons.
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
- Support and mentor junior team members involved in new business activity.
- Monitor and coordinate work undertaken by other departments supporting new business.
- Attend business development meetings where required and support the Associate Director as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience within trust and company administration and be studying towards or hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP. You will be confident managing complex onboarding processes, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and able to work to deadlines with minimal supervision. This role suits someone with strong judgement, excellent communication skills, and an interest in shaping efficient, high-quality new business processes.
