As a full-time Mortgage Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mortgage sales team in providing exceptional service to clients.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Reviewing mortgage applications, ensuring all requested documentation is provided.
Serving as a point of contact for clients and intermediaries throughout the application process. Communicating updates, requesting additional information as needed, and providing support to address client inquiries and concerns.
Maintaining accurate records of client information, mortgage applications, and communications in the company's database.

Skills / Qualifications

If you have strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues, get in touch.
