Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to provide an efficient, professional and positive experience for their customers.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Engaging with customers through various channels.
Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records.
Supporting team members and undertaking reception responsibilities.

Skills / Qualifications

If you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and are willing to interact with new and existing customers, both in the office and over the phone, get in touch. Previous experience in customer service is desired, but not essential as full training will be provided.
