Join a prestigious legal services firm as a Legal Secretary, providing high-level secretarial support to a busy team of lawyers. This role requires a strong team player who can work with accuracy and discretion under time pressure, ensuring seamless support across all aspects of legal practice.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Creating, editing, formatting and storing legal correspondence and documents.
- Preparing blacklined documents and maintaining electronic matter files.
- Responding to internal and external calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supporting billing processes and liaising with clients and the accounts department.
- Managing diaries, booking meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Photocopying, scanning, and managing post and electronic filing.
- Assisting with the opening, closing, and archiving of client files.
- Maintaining client contact details using internal systems such as InterAction and AdEx.
- Providing cover for other secretaries during periods of absence.
- Assisting with special projects and carrying out additional duties when required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal or professional services environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, tact, and the ability to manage a varied workload under pressure are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems is required, along with a proactive approach to adapting to changing priorities.
