Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the operational management of the Marketing & Business Development function, translating strategic objectives into effective delivery plans.
- Develop and implement marketing policies, processes, governance frameworks and operational standards.
- Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, supporting performance, capability and professional development.
- Oversee the Group website, digital platforms, CRM systems and wider marketing technology stack.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple service lines and jurisdictions.
- Ensure brand consistency, quality assurance and effective governance across all marketing activity.
- Provide strategic oversight of SEO, digital analytics, user experience and website optimisation.
- Drive CRM adoption, lead management, marketing automation and commercial reporting.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs and performance insights to support business development and strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities and growth objectives.
- Manage external suppliers, agency relationships and procurement processes relating to marketing services.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and increased marketing effectiveness.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience leading marketing operations within a regulated professional or financial services environment, together with a degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline and/or a CIM qualification (or equivalent). You'll possess expert knowledge of marketing operations, CRM platforms, digital marketing, analytics and campaign delivery, supported by strong commercial awareness and excellent project management skills. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, you'll have proven experience leading teams, managing suppliers and driving organisational change, while combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to operational delivery. Above all, you'll be an innovative and collaborative leader who is passionate about developing people, improving processes and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
