Working across product strategy, innovation and commercial performance, you'll help bring new ideas to market while supporting the continued success of an established product portfolio. From analysing customer insights to contributing to packaging, pricing and product launches, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full marketing lifecycle. This role is offered on a 12-month temporary contract.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and analyse product and category performance, producing reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the management and optimisation of product ranges to maximise customer appeal and commercial performance.
  • Assist with the development and launch of new products from initial concept through to market introduction.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight to identify new product opportunities.
  • Prepare and coordinate new product launch documentation, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate product information and support the ongoing management of product databases.
  • Support product positioning by developing product information, key selling points and marketing content.
  • Work with digital marketing teams to improve online product categorisation and merchandising.
  • Assist with pricing analysis, promotional activity and competitor benchmarking.
  • Support packaging development and sustainability initiatives, working with designers and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and commercial viability.
  • Contribute to product training and support wider marketing initiatives as required. 

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for marketing, product development and consumer behaviour, together with excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail. You'll be highly numerate, analytical and commercially aware, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities to improve product performance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across different teams. A degree in Business or Marketing, together with an interest in nutrition or consumer healthcare, would be advantageous but is not essential.
