Join this supportive HR team in a varied maternity cover role based in Guernsey. Reporting to the HR Officer based in South Africa, this position will contribute to the full employee lifecycle and assist in the day-to-day coordination of office administration.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, induction, and offboarding.
- Coordinating performance and training initiatives and managing HR records.
- Supporting with employee relations, general queries and wellbeing matters.
- Helping ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Partnering with the Office Administrator to manage office supplies, facilities and health and safety.
- Supporting ad hoc HR projects and contributing to a positive working environment.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a similar HR role and be working towards or already hold a CIPD qualification. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
