This 6-month contract offers the opportunity to support a fast-paced Group Company Secretarial function within a multi-jurisdictional financial services business. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and governance support across group entities, ensuring that all board and statutory processes run smoothly.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the delivery of board meeting preparation, minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings.
- Assisting with corporate governance compliance and internal procedures.
- Maintaining statutory records and ensuring timely submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Liaising with directors, senior management, and internal teams to coordinate group-wide company secretarial activity.
- Contributing to governance process improvements and supporting broader compliance initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar Company Secretarial or governance role within financial services. A strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks is essential. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple entities will be key to success in this contract role.
