This fixed-term opportunity until February 2026 supports a busy customer-facing function, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated experience for learners, employers and internal teams. This position would be ideal for a confident administrator to support customer liaison and enrolment activity, contributing to continuity of service!

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing customer and stakeholder enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Supporting enquiry-to-enrolment processes in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Assisting with events, inductions and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative processes.
  • Providing general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the contract period.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or administration, strong communication skills and a well-organised approach. They will be comfortable working to deadlines, managing multiple tasks and delivering a positive customer experience within a fixed-term environment. An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.
