This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced change professional who can operate autonomously, build trust quickly and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. As a Senior Consultant, you will deliver meaningful organisational change across a varied portfolio, partnering with senior stakeholders to support transformation and embed new ways of working.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing organisations for change by aligning operating models, behaviours and culture.
  • Supporting senior leaders to champion and sustain change.
  • Helping teams understand what is changing, why it matters and how to adapt successfully.
  • Leading change projects end-to-end, including planning, stakeholder engagement, risks and reporting.
  • Guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Enhancing internal methodologies and contributing to communities of practice.
  • Identifying client needs and supporting business development activities.
  • Representing the consultancy at industry events and supporting brand reputation.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience delivering organisational change, either as an internal change lead or in a consultancy environment. They will demonstrate practical knowledge of recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter), strong facilitation and influencing skills, and the ability to operate independently on complex projects. Change management certification is preferred, and experience with structured project delivery is beneficial. They will be analytical, emotionally intelligent and confident working with senior stakeholders.
