This 9-month fixed-term role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator ready to step into an Assistant Manager position within a busy Corporate Services team. You'll play a key part in ensuring high standards across a varied portfolio - supporting day-to-day delivery, governance and team communication.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering complex client structures accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting senior colleagues with team oversight and workflow management.
  • Liaising with lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, banks and CSC offices.
  • Maintaining client files, drafting minutes and ensuring timely sign-off of accounts.
  • Countersigning correspondence and attending board meetings as required.
  • Managing invoicing, fee collection and debtor recovery.
  • Actioning compliance review points.
  • Staying informed on industry developments and contributing to team communication.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within regulated financial or professional services, preferably with exposure to private equity or real estate structures. They will be organised, confident supervising workflows and hold (or be working toward) a relevant qualification such as ICSA/CGI or STEP. A proactive, accurate and client-focused approach is essential.
