Our client is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Product Manager to develop outcome-driven technology solutions that support digital transformation for business and government customers. This role is ideal for a product professional who enjoys shaping propositions, analysing market needs and turning technology capabilities into compelling commercial offerings!
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Developing solution roadmaps and translating customer needs into commercially compelling designs.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and shape propositions.
- Managing solutions through the full lifecycle, including rollout, pricing, performance and continuous improvement.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Technical, Operations and Marketing teams.
- Engaging with partners and vendors to enhance solution capabilities.
- Supporting customer engagements, bids and workshops as the solution authority.
- Ensuring compliance, governance and product documentation standards are met.
- Driving product quality, adoption, profitability and customer experience.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years' experience in product management or enterprise ICT roles, with strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, data centre and collaboration technologies. They will demonstrate commercial mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Experience with customer journey design, pricing and solution development is essential. AI-enabled services, telecommunications or managed ICT background is advantageous.
