As a Credit Card Analyst for our client, you'll be part of a supportive team managing application assessments, helping customers with onboarding, and ensuring smooth resolution of account and transaction queries. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in credit card operations and financial crime risk awareness!

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing retail and corporate credit card applications, including ID&V checks, credit limit calculations, and assessment of high-risk factors.
  • Assisting customers with digital onboarding, mobile app usage, and related services.
  • Supporting the Credit Card Support team in resolving issues relating to transactions, payments, and app queries.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Investigating and resolving disputes, ensuring appropriate credits or refunds are processed.
  • Assisting with the set-up and management of direct debits.
  • Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the product and service offering.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with strong organisational and time management skills, is essential. Previous experience is not required, making this a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and build expertise in credit card services and financial crime/fraud risk awareness.
