Join our clients' well-established professional services firm as part of their collaborative and high-performing Global Compliance team. This opportunity offers a meaningful role contributing to the development and maintenance of international compliance frameworks within a regulated environment.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and updating global risk and compliance policies in line with jurisdictional requirements.
- Conducting research and collaborating with internal teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Supporting the Compliance Monitoring Programme by testing internal controls and identifying improvements.
- Assisting with compliance reporting and stakeholder queries.
- Analysing changes in legal and regulatory standards to shape policy development.
- Working with HR, Finance, and other support functions to ensure a joined-up compliance approach.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful applicant will have prior experience in a Compliance, Risk, Client Administration or operational control function within a regulated financial services environment. They will possess a solid understanding of fiduciary or corporate services in Guernsey and ideally other jurisdictions, with strong knowledge of AML regulations across the Channel Islands, BVI, Cayman and the UK. Excellent attention to detail, confident data analysis skills and the ability to work independently are key, along with strong written communication and a collaborative, organised approach to their work.
