Responsibilities

Duties for this role will include, but will not be limited to:

Providing day to day compliance administration support and monitoring services to both licensed investment business and fiduciary business.
Undertaking periodic reviews and risk assessments for clients and both initial and trigger relationship risk assessments.
Undertaking collation and review of CDD provided primarily for new investment business, but also potentially for fiduciary business and identifying where further information is required.
Managing client data on the various systems.
Liaising with both the administration team and the compliance team, assisting both where required.
Assisting with queries from the business regarding CDD in respect of ongoing and new business.
Challenging the processes and suggest changes work flows to enhance the business’ service delivery and risk management.

Skills / Qualifications

2-3 years relevant experience in private equity, venture capital and fund and investments, with an ICA Certificate in AML or Compliance and good knowledge of compliance and the regulatory and AML/CFT environments, along with high levels of accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT capabilities and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly are essential to the role.
