Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and manages all potential risks to the company's operations, including financial, operational, and strategic risks.Interpret relevant legislation as appropriate on behalf of the Board, discussing necessary changes with the Board and ensuring the business fully complies.
Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews to identify areas of potential vulnerability and implement appropriate controls and measures to mitigate risks.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and the board of directors on the company's risk profile, compliance status, and any significant issues or concerns.
Review and investigate any breaches.
Completion rate of compliance training programs for employees;
Percentage reduction in identified risks over time.
Effectiveness of risk forecasting and scenario planning;
Employee perception of the compliance culture within the organisation.
Skills / Qualifications
If you have previously held a senior risk management and compliance position, possess up-to-date and extensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and demonstrate an ability to interpret and apply them effectively, our client would love to hear from you. Additionally, you will need an extensive understanding of trust and offshore structures, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. You should also demonstrate the ability to identify and assess risks, as well as develop appropriate mitigation strategies.How To Apply
