Join a leading international banking group in this client-facing role within their Custody team. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and an interest in financial services to contribute to the delivery of high-quality client support and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Custody team with the delivery of day-to-day client service.
  • Processing client instructions for payments, securities trades, FX, fixed deposits, and corporate actions.
  • Managing client communications, including call backs and online banking activations.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities and collaborating with Relationship Managers to develop leads.
  • Supporting the completion of client risk reviews.
  • Contributing to team revenue targets and wider financial goals.
  • Assisting with projects and system-related tasks as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.


Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a proactive mindset. An interest in banking and financial products is essential, and prior banking experience would be advantageous. A willingness to embrace change, contribute ideas, and support innovation will be highly valued.
