Join a leading international banking group in this client-facing role within their Custody team. Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Custody team with the delivery of day-to-day client service.
- Processing client instructions for payments, securities trades, FX, fixed deposits, and corporate actions.
- Managing client communications, including call backs and online banking activations.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and collaborating with Relationship Managers to develop leads.
- Supporting the completion of client risk reviews.
- Contributing to team revenue targets and wider financial goals.
- Assisting with projects and system-related tasks as required.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a proactive mindset. An interest in banking and financial products is essential, and prior banking experience would be advantageous. A willingness to embrace change, contribute ideas, and support innovation will be highly valued.
