Join an international travel and leisure group in a role that offers variety and global interaction. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you'll work closely with colleagues and partners worldwide, ensuring accurate processing of cash transactions and maintaining up-to-date account records.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with sales representatives, travel agents, and accounts teams.
- Performing cash allocation and reconciliation for multiple selling companies.
- Processing journal adjustments and refunds.
- Preparing monthly statements and monitoring outstanding balances.
- Chasing payments in line with the company's debt collection policy.
- Ensuring compliance with agreed payment terms.
- Assisting the Group Accountant with ad hoc finance-related tasks.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in an accounts team, ideally with a focus on reconciliations and cash processing. Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Professional training in accounting would be advantageous. This role will suit a motivated, organised, and proactive individual who enjoys working collaboratively across multiple time zones and cultures.
