Trust Administrator

Our client, one of the world's largest independent financial advisory groups, based in 40 countries, is seeking to recruit a Trust Administrator.




Consolidate the time charging invoices on behalf of Client Management.
Assist with client research projects and management reporting.
Payment processing and cheque requests.
Maintain fixed deposit schedules and schedules of rent.
Maintain various spreadsheets for diary management, projects and holidays..
Update databases and contact records to ensure these remain current.
Draft letters, minutes and resolutions.
Audio and copy typing to include the completion of correspondence, resolutions and meeting minutes.
Arrange travel and accommodation as required and preparing itineraries and associated packs for individuals travelling.
Record and pay travel and client expenses.
Liaise with other , internally and externally to set up video and audio conferences calls and providing the relevant meeting materials and dial in details.
Assist with the coordination, booking and administration of training courses, internal/ external seminars and lunches.
General diary management.
Coordinate post and couriers.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Finance, Trust, Secretarial or Administration sectors. Candidates will possess solid IT abilities with excellent written and verbal communication and strong organisation and time management techniques. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, flexibility and will be confidant in working to tight deadlines with minimum supervision. This role will suit a motivated and pragmatic self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills.
