This is a back office, non-client facing administration support role where you will have oversight of operations on both corporate and trust work.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Regularly monitoring of client data stored on the company’s client database Troika.
Reviewing accounts received from external accountants.
Undertaking incorporation of local trading or asset holding entities for local residents.
Assisting in client bank account openings.
Drafting minutes and resolutions.
Liaising with advisers, accountants, tax, lawyers and other specialists.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification or significant industry experience.
