Join a busy Operations team where you'll play an important role in creating a safe, efficient and welcoming workplace. From supporting visitors and meeting rooms to coordinating suppliers and responding to facilities issues, you'll enjoy a broad and practical workload. The position can accommodate someone with some relevant experience through to an experienced Senior Associate.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and colleagues.
  • Support workplace health & safety and respond appropriately to any issues identified.
  • Coordinate suppliers and maintain accurate third-party records.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, setups and AV/IT readiness.
  • Monitor office, stationery and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate post, deliveries, couriers and off-site archiving.
  • Support general office maintenance and liaise with external contractors.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy and professional workplace environment.
  • Provide administrative support across the business and respond to day-to-day operational requests.
  • Assist with basic workplace technology and equipment issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Support events and wider workplace projects when required.
  • Provide occasional out-of-hours support for maintenance or operational matters.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have some relevant experience at Associate level or could be an experienced Senior Associate, ideally with exposure to health & safety, workplace operations, facilities, customer service or a similar environment. You'll be friendly, confident and an excellent communicator, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. A practical, hands-on approach is important, as the position includes some physical workplace tasks alongside administration and stakeholder support. You'll have basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers. Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation would be particularly advantageous. Applicants must already have the legal right to live and work in Guernsey, as work permit sponsorship is not available.
