This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative Client Servicing Team responsible for supporting the administration of personal pension products. You'll manage a broad range of administrative tasks, liaise with financial institutions and contribute to the smooth operation of the wider business.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Process the day-to-day administration of personal pension arrangements.
  • Prepare and process pension documentation, including transfer paperwork and investment applications.
  • Liaise with financial advisers, investment houses, banks and internal departments regarding administrative requests.
  • Maintain accurate client records across internal systems.
  • Prepare trustee minutes, resolutions and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate pension-related requests, ensuring all required information is complete before processing.
  • Work closely with compliance and accounts teams regarding transfers and monetary movements.
  • Liaise with shared service teams to support transactions and bookkeeping activities.
  • Follow established procedures and checklists to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the wider Client Servicing Team with additional administrative duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience within financial services, together with excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail. Previous pensions administration experience would be advantageous, along with an understanding of compliance, risk and client due diligence requirements. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office, possess strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively within a team. A proactive approach, excellent time management and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work are essential for success in this role.
