This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigation lawyer to work on complex international disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions. Supporting sophisticated private and corporate clients, you'll handle high-value commercial and tax-related matters while working alongside specialist advisers across global markets. Flexible working arrangements are available for the right candidate.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advising on tax-related disputes, trust disputes and corporate governance issues.
  • Supporting High Court proceedings and complex litigation strategies.
  • Assisting with arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, submissions and settlement agreements.
  • Coordinating with external counsel and advisers across key jurisdictions.
  • Advising on risk management, dispute avoidance and regulatory matters.
  • Supporting clients with offshore structures, fiduciary arrangements and cross-border issues.
  • Contributing to thought leadership, client development and business growth initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 5-10 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and significant exposure to High Court proceedings. Experience handling tax disputes, arbitration matters and cross-border litigation is essential. Candidates with trust, fiduciary or offshore financial services experience will be particularly attractive. Strong drafting, advocacy and stakeholder management skills are required, together with the ability to operate effectively within an international environment.
