Working closely with Relationship Managers and clients, this role combines client support, operational processing and relationship administration responsibilities. It would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers.
  • Supporting the onboarding and maintenance of intermediary and end-client relationships.
  • Opening and closing client accounts and maintaining relationship records.
  • Ensuring KYC and client documentation remain accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting periodic reviews and trigger event processes.
  • Processing payments, foreign exchange transactions, trades and fixed deposits.
  • Handling client instructions, quality assurance checks and documentation.
  • Performing call-backs and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Supporting intermediaries with online banking systems and user training.
  • Liaising with internal teams regarding legal, compliance, tax and operational matters.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within banking, investments, compliance or wealth management and demonstrate excellent communication and client service skills. Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. Experience using Microsoft Office applications and client relationship management systems would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be proactive, team-oriented and committed to delivering a high standard of client service.
