A varied role within a busy trading team where no two days are the same, supporting clients and helping ensure the smooth coordination of trading activity. You will gain exposure to investment products and financial markets while building your operational expertise.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating trade-related administrative activities within the trading team.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding trade instructions.
- Responding promptly and accurately to client and internal queries.
- Supporting the smooth execution and coordination of trading activity.
- Assisting with administrative processes linked to investment operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail across all tasks.
- Supporting client service delivery and operational efficiency within the team.
- Developing knowledge of financial markets, trading activity and investment products.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a school leaver, graduate or someone looking to transition into financial services, with a genuine interest in financial markets and current affairs. They will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential. The successful individual will be motivated to develop professionally and work towards relevant CISI qualifications over time.
