Working closely with clients, partners and internal stakeholders, this role plays an important part in maintaining high service standards across a growing international business. You'll support relationship management activities while helping ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Client Relationship Executives with the management of a portfolio of Life and Disability clients.
  • Assisting with the delivery of exceptional client service across all client interactions.
  • Liaising with clients, intermediaries, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating client requests and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
  • Assisting with reporting and client servicing activities.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to maintain service standards.
  • Monitoring workflows and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes.
  • Supporting wider team projects and initiatives where required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience within a client service, relationship management or financial services environment. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills are required, alongside the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be proactive, client-focused and committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service.
