Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting day-to-day activities within assigned business areas.
  • Participating in structured rotational placements across different departments.
  • Assisting with client-related work and business projects.
  • Building knowledge of company services, processes and industry best practice.
  • Attending development workshops, training sessions and professional qualification studies.
  • Developing strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
  • Taking ownership of personal learning and development objectives.
  • Contributing ideas and solutions to support business improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks where required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. They will be keen to take ownership of their development, embrace new challenges and build positive relationships across the business.

Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, curiosity and a genuine desire to develop their skills. They will be organised, adaptable and committed to making the most of the opportunities and support available through the programme. Previous industry experience is not required.
