This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with AML and regulatory knowledge to join a fast-paced fiduciary environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of regulatory and compliance processes- with strong emphasis placed on accuracy, organisation and delivering high standards of client service.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting due diligence and regulatory administration for new and existing clients and investors.
  • Supporting client onboarding processes, including investor application reviews and risk assessments.
  • Preparing documentation for internal meetings and drafting accurate meeting minutes.
  • Undertaking ongoing monitoring, including PEP, sanctions and periodic reviews.
  • Managing due diligence requests, correspondence and document reviews.
  • Assisting with GFSC applications, submissions and regulatory filings.
  • Collating information for regulatory returns and ongoing compliance obligations.
  • Supporting company secretarial activities where required.
  • Liaising with client teams to ensure regulatory deadlines and requests are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory and jurisdictional developments.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role in the finance industry and demonstrate knowledge of GFSC regulations and the AML Handbook. They will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work accurately within a fast-paced environment. Experience with due diligence, regulatory reviews and compliance-related processes is essential, alongside strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can do" attitude. A willingness to work towards a compliance or AML qualification would be advantageous.
