Client Relationship Executive

• Managing a portfolio of Life and Disability clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers and intermediaries.
• Collaborating with internal teams across multiple jurisdictions to deliver client solutions.
• Preparing and reviewing client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting onboarding processes, including AML and due diligence requirements.
• Managing quote requests and supporting new business implementation.
• Coordinating renewals, rate reviews and client communications.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders including underwriting, claims and operations teams.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and supporting business development activities.
• Monitoring client satisfaction, retention and service performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a client-facing role, ideally within financial services or insurance, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Life and Disability products. They will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with strong organisational and time management abilities. The ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate with a range of stakeholders is essential, alongside a proactive and detail-oriented approach. A relevant qualification such as CII or equivalent would be advantageous, and the successful individual will be driven to deliver high-quality client service and continuous improvement.
