This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative healthcare team on a 39-week contract. A strong focus is placed on organisation, communication and delivering high-quality administrative assistance.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the wider team under the direction of the Administration Manager.
- Managing correspondence via email and post.
- Providing reception cover, including face-to-face and telephone interaction.
- Assisting with general administrative and clerical duties.
- Scanning and uploading information onto internal systems.
- Responding to emails and supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Liaising with internal teams, service users and external professionals.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels. They will be self-motivated, organised and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain confidentiality are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, is required. A flexible and proactive approach to work is key.
