Working within a growing digital environment, this Business Systems Analyst role focuses on improving connectivity, automation and reporting across the business! The successful candidate will play a key part in strengthening the organisation's digital backbone.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and developing low-code solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint and related technologies.
- Supporting the development and integration of AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
- Producing engaging, insightful reports using SSRS and Power BI.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to review, streamline and improve operational processes.
- Working closely with the Business Systems Manager to support digital initiatives and system enhancements.
- Translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of systems and processes.
- Supporting data integrity, reporting accuracy and ongoing system optimisation.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical and technical capability. They will have experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI, alongside a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement. Strong communication skills, organisational ability and a proactive mindset are essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a change-driven environment and keen to contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
