An excellent opportunity for an experienced fund professional to step into a senior, investor-facing role within a private equity environment! The position combines team leadership, capital activity oversight and global stakeholder engagement.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as a senior point of contact for investor queries, providing clear and timely responses in line with LPAs and side letters.
- Managing capital call and distribution processes, including monitoring receipts and proactively following up with late payers.
- Attending GP Investment Committee and investment-related meetings.
- Assisting with fundraising activities and taking ownership of fund closings across the platform.
- Overseeing the accuracy and integrity of investor data and records across systems.
- Supporting carried interest arrangements and related investor communications.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with a diverse global investor base, including HNWIs and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
- Supporting and motivating a small team, helping to manage workflows and priorities.
- Working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Championing continuous improvement and driving projects to completion.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience within investor services, client relations or fund administration in a private equity environment. They will be confident engaging with international investors and senior internal stakeholders, with a strong client-service mindset and the ability to explain complex information clearly. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information are essential. A good understanding of relevant Guernsey investment regulation is required, alongside a proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
