Working within a specialist fund administration team, this trainee role offers variety, learning and progression. It is ideally suited to someone with strong academic foundations and a genuine interest in financial services!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration of fund clients, including venture capital funds, management companies and associated vehicles.
- Supporting fund operations such as processing payments, preparing receipt packs and handling investor changes.
- Maintaining accurate investor and fund records within relevant systems.
- Assisting with company secretarial matters, including preparation of minutes, board packs and reports.
- Supporting ad hoc client requests and project work as required by the team.
- Working under the guidance of a manager while studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have A-Level qualifications or equivalent, or university-level education, with English and maths GCSEs (or equivalent) essential. They will be well organised, communicate clearly and demonstrate good computer literacy and problem-solving skills. A genuine willingness to learn and commitment to professional studies is essential, alongside a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
