Working under the guidance of a manager, the successful individual will handle trust and company administration duties with a focus on accuracy, service quality, and compliance.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administering trust and company structures, liaising with clients and advisors.
- Maintaining statutory records and preparing company and trustee minutes.
- Managing transactions including distributions, asset disposals, and payments.
- Maintaining registers, reconciling bank accounts, and recording investment performance.
- Supporting CDD collection and AML tasks in line with policy.
- Contributing to reporting, billing, and project work as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the offshore trust sector, and ideally be studying toward STEP or ICSA qualifications. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong administrative skills are essential.
